How long is the delivery time?

We endeavour to deliver your order within 2-6 business days.

Can I return my order?

You have 14 days right of return from the date you received your order if the item has not been used with all original packaging and labels. 

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Our refund process commences swiftly upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, typically within 14 working days. While we aim to expedite this process, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as transport disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

Rest assured, we prioritize thorough quality checks to ensure the integrity of every refund. Refunds, including delivery costs if returned via our designated courier, will be reimbursed using the original payment method within approximately 14 days from the completion of the inspection. Should you prefer an alternative refund method, simply inform us of your preference.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been accepted. You will receive an email with the tracking number information about your package.

All the orders are sent with GLS.


Once shipped it normally takes:

Denmark Shipping - Within 1 to 6 working days.

EUROPE

We take 2 - 7 working days to process the shipment, the timing may vary due to transport delays.
